Brigid Kaelin is a Kentucky-born songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer, author, and artist whose career bridges genres and continents. A classically trained musician with a folk soul, she’s performed with Elvis Costello and Cowboy Jack Clement, been the musical guest on A Prairie Home Companion, and tours Europe regularly. A multi-hyphenate, Brigid is also an award-winning author and visual artist, Her writing has appeared in international outlets, and her paintings have been commissioned for major public works, including Governor Andy Beshear’s inauguration program. Equally at home in the studio or on stage, she plays accordion, piano, guitar, and musical saw with both technical mastery and joyful irreverence.
